MGMT 361 - Operations Management
My team and I monitored and analyzed Chick-Fil-A's operations for my Operations Management class, including processes, resources, waiting times, and changes due to COVID restrictions. We also looked at it and assessed what procedures and operations might be improved, as well as how they could be enhanced.
I was the team leader, and it was a fantastic experience learning about Chick-Fil-A and putting my newfound knowledge to use.

MGMT 466 - Project Management
For my Project Management Class my team and I planned a semester-long project. Our project entails devising various strategies for the planning of a talent show in Lafayette, Indiana. A full strategy for each area, including stakeholders, risks, resources, time, costs, and scope management, will be presented after the introduction of our project's detailed goals, objectives, and purposes.
MGMT 544 - Database Management
We used mySQL to design, develop, and populate an entire database for my Database Management class. We also designed queries to answer specific business questions that the company's management team would find beneficial.
MGMT 310 - Financial Management
My colleagues and I collaborated to examine Amazon's stock. We studied the balance sheet and income statement of the company, as well as the financial statements of competitors and their comparisons.
MGMT 405 - Six Sigma
This project consisted of making five paper helicopters with various measurements and determining which design achieved the longest hang time in the air. Following the 2-factor first-order design, we used experimentation and analysis of variance.
MGMT 324 - Marketing Management
My team and I investigated Vitamix for our marketing project. The purpose was to increase the number of target customers for a particular product, the FC-50.
